The infrastructure of the Silvretta Bike Arena provides a perfect all-round service for mountain bikers of all abilities with free cable car transfers, free road books and GPS downloads.
There are also competitive events for those who like a challenge, with the 19th Ischgl Ironbike and 1st Ischgl Overmountain Challenge, aimed at both professional and leisure riders.
Cycling in the Silvretta Mountains of the Paznaun region is exciting and exhilarating, the alpine terrain providing a variety of trails through beautiful scenery.
The revised GPS tour portal has an interactive bike map with plenty of information available so that all the route planning can be done at home; routes are well sign-posted; special bike hotels are geared up for riders; bike service and hire service are available – so freeride, downhill and cross-country riders plus enthusiastic leisure cyclists all benefit from the excellent set-up which makes for a perfect mountain bike holiday.
In addition, the Ischgl Bike Academy has riding technique workshops and tips for beginners and leisure riders, which can then be put into practice on the peaceful trails through the Velilltal Valley or panoramic routes through the Fimbatal Valley.

Ischgl Overmountain Challenge is an Enduro mountain bike event and new in the Ischgl calendar. Ischgl is being partnered by Cannondale in the hosting of the event, which is from 13-15 September.
